Junior Technical Content Writer 

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Junior Technical Content Writer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the field of technical documentation and content creation across all our products and services. You will start with a focus on technical writing and documentation, with the potential to expand into marketing and digital strategy as you develop expertise in our products and services. 

This position includes a paid 3-month trial period to ensure a mutual fit and help you acclimate to the role and our company culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and update user manuals by documenting new products and features. 
  • Produce and publish SEO-optimized technical content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, product release notes) on the website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram), and share it via email campaigns. 
  • Collaborate actively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce high-quality technical and marketing content (key for #1 and #2 above as SMEs provide inputs to be wrapped into content deliverables). 
  • Work with WordPress (create and update pages, format content, and upload materials) to ensure our website remains up-to-date with the latest materials and product information. 
  • Manage the company’s Instagram and Facebook accounts to enhance brand awareness and PR efforts. 
  • Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with current branding and messaging. 

Requirements 

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the tech and marketing fields. 
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). 
  • A passion for technology and technical writing. 
  • A degree in IT, Marketing, Linguistic, or a related field. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Basic WordPress skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles. 
  • Ability to work with AI tools for content creation and automation. 
  • Familiarity with graphical tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator. 

Good to Have 

  • Experience as a technical content writer or marketing specialist. 
  • Knowledge of German (optional but beneficial). 
  • Experience with advertising campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho, or Lead Forensics.
