Import software from your PC, a CSV file, SCCM, or our Updates module into your portfolio and proceed to the next step.
Step 2
Discovery
Define the installation and configuration requirements for your applications. You can automatically create installation instructions using our platform or simply upload existing instructions.Using Discovery, you install your software in our cloud VDI environment. Our tools record these configuration steps and automatically convert the information into documentation. This allows you to tailor software packaging precisely to your requirements.

Submit request
Select the packaging platform and additional request parameters:1. Package format: Apptimized Best Practice, MSI, Legacy Setup (setup.exe), App-V, MSIX, Cloudhouse Container, OSX (.dmg, .mpkg, .pkg, .app).2. Wrapper format: Apptimized PowerShell Wrapper (based on PSADT), IntuneWin, install.cmd, or no wrapper.You can submit package requests with either normal or urgent priority.

Processing
We begin processing your request immediately. Depending on the selected priority, package creation is completed within 1 to 5 days. We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you of any technical issues.
Step 5
Testing
Test the package and inform us of any issues – we will resolve them for you. Our specialists ensure that the software packaging is completed exactly according to your requirements.

Delivery
If you are satisfied with our work, approve the package through the web portal. The warranty provided for Apptimized packages offers additional assurance.Completed packages can be downloaded easily or published directly to SCCM or Intune using our integrations.
