By running the Apptimized Agent in your environment on local PC’s or virtual machines, your own machines can be used for discovery and testing, in the same way the known VM’s running in Apptimized operate, yet the benefits of our cloud-based portal can be used as well.
The main purpose of this solution is to create an app discovery and testing environment that is connected to your network and is using your Windows builds. By being a customer machine connected to the customer’s network, those VM’s can apply your AD group policies and your business applications can connect to the required backend servers and databases.
