The Goals: software packaging & installation
‘Connecting experts to shape the future’ is also the central theme of the current cooperation. The requirements and expectations in the operational implementation are high because Computer Futures stands for excellent quality.
The following activities are the focus of the customer project:
- Providing software licenses and sources
- Providing installation sources
- Software Packaging
- Manual Installation and configuration
- Create an unattended version of the installation
- Creation of documentation for manual and unattended installation
- Handover of the application package and the documentation to the software distribution department and the person responsible for the process
From the customer’s point of view, this role requires a proven specialist with a high level of core competence in software packaging.
The Solution: software packaging in cloud
Apptimized is characterized by modern cloud-based solutions for application lifecycle management. In this project, however, the most valuable asset is used – the employees. Apptimized professionals are knowledgeable and excellently trained staff who are also capable of communicating at all levels of the hierarchy. Due to the successful engagement, the originally planned time window was extended from 3 to a total of 9 months.
